MANDY MOORE SLIM DOWN






" I remember once reading alot about how mandy moore was "real
size " and loved it refusing to give up burgers for the sake of being thin, like
many celebrities who say this i was not surprised at all to see her the other
day at an appearance looking remarkably slimmer than ever. She still looks
healthy and glowing which im a big advocate off. Sources have attributed her new
slim down to Pilates, Hiking, jogging and a healthier outlook on her diet
that being the 5 factor diet.


The 5 factor fitness is a fairly uncomplicated regime of 3 meals and 2 snacks a day consisting of low-fat protein, fibre, healthy carbs and fats and a sugar free drink with every meal preferably water. The workout is an integral part of the diet to take weight off
and keep it off focusing on an easily managable cardio and strength training
mixture that lasts for 25minutes daily. The diet also calls for Cheat days,
though i wonder if maybe that isnt enough working out personally what do you
think? "
